There are a lot of things to love about Dredge. You've got the relaxing fishing, the absolutely gorgeous art style, and, of course, the creepy, mutated fish that have overtaken the waters surrounding Greater Marrow. Earlier this week, British eSports announced a partnership with the Saudi eSports Federation. The consolidation of the games industry threatens to continue apace, as rumours surface that senior Disney staff are urging CEO Bob Iger to acquire a major game company, such as Deluxe Paint and Shaq Fu publisher Electronic Arts (who also publish Battlefield and Apex Legends, if I remember correctly). A new update for Diablo 4 - released on 17th October alongside Season of Blood - will bring a major change to the way damage is calculated. California is officially the first state to pass a law streamlining personal data removal. Go Mecha Ball is by far the coolest Steam Next Fest demo I’ve played so far, and I can’t recommend it enough. A top-down, twin-stick shooter where you can turn into a giant mecha wrecking ball that bounces around the tight playspaces while shooting at enemies, Go Mecha Ball is a fast-paced roguelike that genuinely had me upset when I got to the end of the demo. It's a little bit Super Monkey Ball and has the bright bouncy play of something like Rocket League, it's great.
