Strange Scaffold has announced that El Paso, Elsewhere 2 is in development and that it'll launch on PC and Xbox Series X in 2027

Citizen Sleeper creator Gareth Damian Martin has revealed their latest game, Signet City. The new RPG casts players as a fungal parasite in a dying city.

There are very few studios with an output as varied as Strange Scaffold's. They've got games about trading organs and babies, NSFW clicking, cooking delicious meals for kaiju, and, soon enough, sending pedestrians into a fantasy world to help an elf girl level up by running them over with your car. As it turns out, however, as revealed during today's PC Gaming show, Strange Scaffold have another, slightly familiar card up their sleeve: a sequel to El Paso, Elsewhere.

I'm afraid to tell you, dear reader, that you're a parasite. Living on the lifeblood of others, that's you. Or, you will be if you choose to play Signet City, the new game from Jump Over The Age, creators of In Other Waters and Citizen Sleeper. That's because it's a first-person fungalpunk RPG in which you're a spore-born parasite taking root in the brains of the inhabitants of a British coastal town.

Be prepared for some very weird sights.
