Price Controversy Did Nothing To Stifle Pokémon FireRed & LeafGreen On Switch

While Pokopia's off to a great start. When Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen were announced for the Switch, it's safe to say that some folks weren't best please about the accompanying $19.99 / £16.99 price tag. After all, it's a pretty barebones port that clocks in at a whopping 33.4MB in storage. No filters or anything! It seems, however, that you can't put a price on nostalgia, as Nintendo has confirmed that FireRed and LeafGreen have now sold over 4 million copies globally within the first 6 week...

Path of Exile 2's 1.0 release might slip beyond 2026, but at least we're getting a crafting system that summons skeletons to beat you up when you use it

Action RPG Path of Exile 2 will very likely hit 1.0 by end of 2026, developers Grinding Gear Games have declared, following one last, endgame-focused early access update that introduces "over 50 hours" of new classes, areas and systems. The definition of "1.0" is rather slippery here, mind, and the developers are already prophesying a few things that might oblige a delay.

Switch Lifetime Sales Inch Toward PS2, But Price Hikes May Hurt Its Chances

Go on, lad. The Switch is an absolute juggernaut, taking pride a place as Nintendo's best-selling console of all time. Yet with the company only shifting 3.8 million in its latest fiscal year and prices on the rise, does it have any hope of surpassing the mighty PS2? Current figures show that the Switch is sitting at a running total of 155.92 million consoles sold (as of 31st March 2026). This puts it above the DS at 154.02 million, yet below the PS2 at 160 million. Naturally, there's still plen...

Give yourself vampirism with a mortar and pestle in Dracula: The Disciple, an alchemist's castle puzzler from Styx devs Cyanide

Many are those who stray before Vlad the Impaler seeking eternal life as a vampire. Poor, ignorant cattle! Immortality is a goblet of ashes, a bouquet of thorns, an endless stairway among the fading portraits of bygone loves. Besides, you have to solve a bunch of alchemy puzzles first, and if I'm interpreting the announcement materials for Dracula: The Disciple correctly, you might only get halfway there and transform into a normal dude with a gross undead hand.

Here's A Look At The Best-Selling Switch And Switch 2 Games So Far

Pokémon Pokopia entered the chat. Nintendo's latest financial report is in, and with that comes an updated look at the best-selling Switch and Switch 2 games so far. Switch 2 hasn't had quite enough big hitters to muster up a 'top 10' of its own just yet, but the system is now sitting with a perfectly respectable 'top 5' of exclusives that have surpassed one million sales. Mario Kart World leads things (naturally) as it creeps towards 15 million copies sold, followed by Donkey Kong Bananza and P...
