While the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro were just updated with M5 Pro and M5 Max chips last month, bigger changes are reportedly around the corner. According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, the higher-end MacBook Pro models will be receiving a major redesign by early 2027, and he said that Apple might use "MacBook Ultra" branding for them. If so, the MacBook Ultra would likely be a higher-priced model at the top of the MacBook lineup, sitting above the MacBook Pro entirely. Up to six new features ...

John Ternus was unavoidable when Apple debuted the Macbook Neo. He kicked off an intimate media event for the Neo, introducing it as a transformative machine for Apple thanks to its low $599 cost ($499 for education customers) and premium build quality. He was interviewed on Good Morning America, the sort of prominent media feature CEO Tim Cook typically handles. And when I asked Apple workers about the Neo at its launch event, they almost always brought up Ternus’ vision of the laptop. For all...

7 million strong. Resident Evil Requiem, the latest mainline entry in Capcom's iconic survival horror franchise, is an absolute juggernaut. Released on 27th February 2026, the game has now gone on to sell more than 7 million copies. It's comfortably the fastest-selling entry in the series, and at this rate, it's entirely possible that it could go on to become the highest-selling too. Chuck in a few tempting discounts here and there over the next few years, and we reckon it's entirely plausible.

Mario fans, throw up your caps in celebration: in an unprecedented move, Nintendo has uploaded (some of) the original soundtrack for Super Mario Galaxy 1 + 2 onto Spotify. This is notable for a number of reasons: most notably, it's the first time the company has opted to publish its music on a major streaming service. Secondly, the "a special selection" of tracks from the OSTs will only be available "for a limited time", meaning you don't get the full experience (as you do with, say Bandai Namco...
