MacBook Pro M5 Max 16-inch review: Still the pinnacle

The MacBook Pro's next time to shine is likely this fall, when Apple is expected to finally deliver OLED models and a dynamic touchscreen interface.  (I’ve argued before that, at this point, Apple has no excuse not to...

Everybody fights, no-one goes AFK in Starship Troopers: Ultimate Bug War, the new FPS from the makers of Warhammer 40K Boltgun

Starship Troopers: Ultimate Bug War is out today on PC. It's another licensed retro first-person shooter from Auroch Digital, the creators of Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun. It casts you as a Mobile Infantry soldier wrassling with the Arachnids on a bunch of human colonies, including a seaside resort planet that reminds me of Halo: Combat Evolved. In general, the game caters to a slightly more recent era of graphicsability than the Doom-ish Boltgun, with boxy weapons and enemies that have me dreaming...

Stock issues for Ditto. Many of us would have assumed that Pokémon Pokopia would be sticking around in the upper reaches of the UK charts for weeks to come, but stock issues kept it from the top spot in its first week, and it looks like the struggles have continued as we enter week two. Despite being a critical smash hit with strong sales on the digital front, Pokopia's physicals were reportedly "undersupplied" at launch, perhaps explaining why the game now finds itself at fourth after two weeks...
