It's time to pick up the reins, as the 13th century horse courier game The Legend of Khiimori is out in early access

Are you ready to… horse around? What? No, that's not canned laughter, it's a live studio audience, it's funny! Anyway, on to the mane event! Which is the early access launch of a singular game (in our case, anyway) called The Legend of Khiimori, a game that sits perfectly in the centre of a venn diagram that reads "horse girls" on one side and "history buffs" on the other.

The 16e adopted a contemporary full-screen design, Face ID, a 48-megapixel rear camera, USB-C, and the A18 chip, positioning it far closer to Apple's flagship models than previous budget models. Bungie lays out the plan for Marathon seasons: updates will be free for everyone, and the game will feel "meaningfully different" as seasons progress

The game retails for $39.99 / €39.99 / £34.99 for the base edition, so I'm quite glad to hear that the Seasonal updates - for now, at least - aren't going to require added purchases.
