As Grinding Gear Games buffs its unforgiving loot drops in Path of Exile 2, fellow ARPG No Rest for the Wicked is getting similar treatment from developer Moon Studios. Several months in the making, new NRFTW update The Breach introduces more zones, weapon types, boss fights, and endgame systems to the soulslike spin on Diablo. However, it might have been a little too vicious - with the arrival of The Breach, the game’s recent Steam reviews have fallen dramatically to just 43% positive. In an at...

I've written for seven years about just how much I enjoy typing and gaming on mechanical keyboards, so it's perhaps not surprising that I tend to ask a lot of companies to send over their latest and greatest options. Today I'm rounding up 10 keyboards that I've tested this week (!), from feature-focused gaming boards to more design-oriented mechanicals for typists.

The original Endzone is a certified hidden gem. A spiritual mix of Fallout, Cities Skylines, and Luke Hodorowicz’s beloved Banished, it puts you in charge of a fledgling survivalist settlement, in the aftermath of the end of the world. Deep systems; gorgeous, steampunk-inflected visuals; a subtle mix of relaxing city builders and high-intensity strategy games - Endzone has deservedly found a place in the canon of cult PC hits. The sequel, however, has struggled. Its foundations are strong. The u...

Invaders must die. We're another week closer to the Switch 2, folks! We can't almost taste the new cartridges... (bleugh!) Anyway, let's see what's been going on this week. First up, we had the big 20.0.0 update on Switch, which added both Virtual Game Cards and GameShare, along with a few other minor bits and bobs. On a similar topic, it seems more and more publishers are embracing Game-Key Cards for Switch 2, and Nightdive's own CEO reckons that this is "disheartening".

Error Code: 2206-1015 has been resolved. In case you missed it, Nintendo has rolled out a new update, and no - we're not talking about the big 20.0.0 update, this is a completely new patch officially bumping the firmware up to Version 20.0.1. This latest update resolves Error Code: 2206-1015, which Nintendo was already "investigating" after multiple player reports. It seems this issue was popping up when users installed the previous update and then restarted the system.

Is Clair Obscur Expedition 33 the most unexpected surprise of the year so far? Blue Prince is certainly a contender, but hasn’t quite hit the dizzying sales and player count heights. Conversely, something like Schedule 1 has exploded out of nowhere, but isn’t going to be scooping up end-of-year awards. When it comes to being the complete surprise package, I think Expedition 33 takes it. The game is so popular that on Steam, despite it being a fresh IP and a debut game from a small studio, it has...
