MacRumors icon 183 days, 2 hours, 14 minutes ago by Juli Clover

Repair site iFixit today disassembled the M4 MacBook Air for one of its traditional teardown videos, providing us with a look inside of the machine and giving some insight into its repairability. Here’s what Troy Baker did to sound uncannily like Indiana Jones

Polygon icon 183 days, 2 hours, 23 minutes ago by Samit Sarkar

I wonder if the developers of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle — several years ago, when they were first outlining the game’s core pillars — felt like they knew what they were getting into when they decided to go the full-likeness route. That is, that the game’s protagonist wouldn’t just be “Indiana Jones,” but...

Free-to-play Star Wars game scraps Steam launch and will shut down soon

Ubisoft’s mediocre Star Wars Outlaws was of course the big new Star Wars game of last year, but it wasn’t the only one to drop. A free-to-play Star Wars hero shooter also emerged on Nintendo Switch and mobile platforms, and was destined to come to PC in 2025. However, just eight months on from its initial launch, the developers of Star Wars Hunters have revealed that its next update will be its last, its servers will be shut down later in the year, and that its Steam launch is being abandoned.

Firefly’s Blue Ghost lander snapped an incredible pic of a solar eclipse from the Moon

Firefly’s Blue Ghost lunar lander has snapped a gorgeous photo of a solar eclipse from the Moon in which Earth covers up most of the Sun, leaving only the so-called diamond ring effect. It also looks nearly identical to the logo of the early 2000s genre show Heroes. The lander snapped the photo at around 1:30AM ET on Friday morning, as the Earth slowly blocked a view of the Sun. The solar eclipse on the Moon occurred at the same time as a total lunar eclipse here on Earth. Terrestrial viewers sa...
