At FFXIV Fanfest London, game director and producer Naoki Yoshida reveals the collaboration he’s always wanted to do - although he worries that the two games wouldn’t be compatible. A noted Blizzard fan, Yoshida, best known as Yoshi-P, says that working with Diablo would be a dream come true, but that its “hardcore” design might make it tough to mesh with the world of Final Fantasy 14.

Nintendo of America president Doug Bowser has reiterated in the same interview with Inverse how Nintendo Accounts would carry over to a new generation of hardware. While he "can't comment" and "won't comment" on rumours about a "Switch successor", Bowser did essentially reconfirm Nintendo Accounts will be utilised going forward to ease the transition process. Valve has confirmed that it will shortly begin "reversing" VAC bans for Counter-Strike 2 players who were banned from the game for using AMD’s Anti-Lag+ feature.
