Starfield just got a huge new HD overhaul

Starfield is already the best-looking and most bug-free Bethesda RPG to date. From the crowded streets of New Atlantis to the desolate plains of all those undiscovered planets, it’s sharp, smooth, and a worthy visual successor to the likes of Fallout 4 and Skyrim. But now the Settled Systems can look even better, thanks to a huge new Starfield HD overhaul mod which boosts dozens of textures to 8K resolution.

The Modern Warfare 3 release date is nearly upon us, and we have already had a taste of what’s to come with the MW3 beta. One of the most devastating Modern Warfare 3 w...

Peter Molyneux's next game will be set in Albion, the setting of the Fable series. Molyneux was, of course, a designer on Fable, Fable 2, and Fable 3 before he left the series' original developer Lionhead Studios. This is the first concrete detail we've heard about his new game at 22Cans since he teased it last year at a Gamelab conference, saying it has a mechanic which has "never been seen in a game" before. Molyneux revealed the game is currently codenamed MOAT, an acronym, last month.

The Minecraft mob vote boycott petition is missing the point

The never-ending, often one-sided clash between game developers and players: a tale as old as time. They might make our favorite games, update them regularly, and communicate consistently, but - for some - it’s still not enough. We want more. It’s not much to ask, right? Well, that certainly seems to be the mindset behind the Minecraft mob vote petition that’s blowing up on the socials ahead of Minecraft Live this Sunday.

Proton VPN review 2023: Why it's our top-choice VPN

Proton sells a suite of privacy products, from email to document storage, so when I used Proton VPN I was already familiar with the company. We tested nine of the best VPN services available for our overall guide, including ExpressVPN, NordVPN, Surfshark and Tunnelbear. Proton promises “privacy by default,” but that left me wondering if the company meant rigorous security testing — and if a focus on privacy would take away from ease of use. Because it balanced all of the above, Proton VPN landed...
